Overview
Vattanac Bank's retail iOS app handles customers' daily account and payment journeys: onboarding, transfers, cards, and a customizable home screen. I deliver features, fixes, and security improvements in the app as part of the mobile team.
The challenge
A banking app is used every day for real money. Each release has to add features without making the app less stable or less secure, and customers notice any crash or confusing flow straight away.
What I did
- Delivered features, fixes, and security improvements in the main iOS app
- Helped keep the production crash rate below 0.5%
- Worked across reliability and security-focused delivery with backend, QA, product, and security teams
